Dave Lima has extensive and diverse experience in human resources and career counseling. A well-known and dynamic real estate developer in Cape Verde, he is also deeply involved in community life, where he currently serves as vice president of the Archipel 238 association.

Treasurer & Public Relations Manager
After studying in Paris, Reims, and Tokyo, he held administrative and financial management positions at humanitarian organizations. Drawing on his experience in financial management, he turned to entrepreneurship in the service sector. Based in Geneva, he serves as the Chamber’s treasurer.
